The Future of the WLC
Training Our Future Leaders
World Leadership Corps and Atlas Corps are excited to announce that we have joined efforts to expand opportunities for international exchange in New York and abroad. Support from the Pepsi Refresh Everything contest will allow us to re-engage organizations in New York and bring nonprofit leaders from around the world to serve at nonprofit organizations for a one year Fellowship.
World Leadership Corps and Atlas Corps strive to build the capacity of the nonprofit sector through this exchange. Rising nonprofit leaders will volunteer at nonprofit organizations around the world to learn skills, share knowledge, and return home to strengthen their domestic nonprofit sector.
World Leadership Corps and Atlas Corps will send nonprofit leaders overseas for 12 or 18 months to learn best practices, share unique insights, and return home to create a global network of leaders. We are seeking candidates with 3-10 years of relevant nonprofit experience – rising leaders in the nonprofit sector of their countries.
This innovative, sustainable model will eventually create a global network of nonprofit leaders working together on major social issues such as poverty, hunger, education, women’s empowerment, health, and the environment.
We encourage you to consider applying for a Fellowship or hosting a Fellow at your organization.
